Great room, surprisingly fresh for such an old bldg. Nicely done. Superb help from older lady at front desk. Went out of her way to provide a simple can opener. God bless her.
Bed bug problem. We smashed 3 in a matter of minutes before we packed up and left. And they are so great they DIDN'T give us a refund for the week - even though we've been loyal customers for 5 straight months due to being out of town for work! I'm not sure who Jay is but the lady at the front desk said I'd need to talk to him and that he is horrible at customer service..?!?! Wow
Nice room, but not very soundproof at all. Woke up to The Walking Dead blasting from the room next door. Shower pressure was pretty awful also. Room was clean and large.
Staff members were friendly and our room was clean. Quiet around us. Enjoyed our stay.
Beds were comfortable! Breakfast was delicious! Even had complementary lollipops. That was nice.
